rounded policy coefficients, not claims about any one person’s exact tax
burden.
Exact and auditable. Runtime tier coefficients, fee configuration, quote results, settlement results, receipts, and ledger events.
Estimated or modeled. Whether a chosen tier matches any one person’s true tax incidence, and IER projections built from scenario assumptions.
